What is Nature-Based Therapy?

It is also known as ecotherapy or green therapy, it is an approach to healing and well-being that integrates the natural environment into therapeutic interventions.
Natural settings, outdoor activities, and interactions with the natural world are intentionally incorporated as part of the therapeutic process.
